Have subscription but app wants to charge for reports

    The app now wants to charge for the reports now. I paid for the subscription. Are all the reports a pay as you go now?

    Hello Tim, Something must be incorrect because if you are a cloud subscriber you should not have to pay for reports. Could you please call us tomorrow AM 716 699 2031. Touch 2 and ask for Carin. She can verify your account and make sure it’s sorted out. Very sorry for the problem!

    HI Tim,

    Also please confirm that you are logged into your account on your tablet/phone. Use the gear icon (upper right corner) and go to account. Check your account settings and make sure you are using the same e-mail address on your phone/tablet as you used to create your account.
