Record 150+ pieces of information from the field to generate an iManifold Report. This includes your company information, customer information, equipment information and measurement data collected. Measurement data obtained directly from the iManifold is recorded and a “VeriFi Checkmark” is matched with that field on the report.
There is both a Cloud version and an In-App version of this report. The Cloud version can be generated, emailed and stored on your iManifold Cloud account. The in-app version can be generated in the app without connection to the Internet and can be exported via email, text, or other apps on your smart device.
Unlock ALL iManifold App Premium Reports with an iManifold Cloud subscription! Premium reports are generated and stored within the iManifold App and can be exported to email or other apps on your device such as Dropbox.

Remote support of your technicians has never been easier! Use the iManifold with Tech Connect and see a live version of what your technicians are seeing in the field on your smart phone or tablet from anywhere in the world that you have internet access. Data from your service technician’s iManifold application is streamed up to the cloud then back to the remote support technician’s smart phone or tablet. The remote service support technician can see and navigate through the iManifold application as if he or she is standing at the job site.
Along with all of the real-time data, communicate by voice, video text or chat through a variety of services including Skype, Apple FaceTime, and more with the technician on the job. With these powerful video features and streaming data you can not only see the readings but also what your field technician is seeing right on the job from within the application. No more lengthy phone conversations and confusion over the real readings. No more guess-work or unnecessary trips by the service manager or lead technician for problems that your field technician simply cannot easily resolve. Simple support at the touch of a button.

iManifold Cloud is billed per user. Each technician is considered a user, and will be able to submit data to the cloud for storage, have access to their iManifold Report through an online portal, and have access to Tech Connect.
A single user can register up to three devices, however, only one device can be used at a time to connect to an iManifold and for cloud services.
Users can be added or removed as needed from the company group, meaning that only one user is required to maintain a cloud subscription to continue service. Job information can be uploaded from the iManifold App via Job Sync to the cloud.
The iManifold Cloud is maintained for you 24x7x365. Our managed servers are constantly monitored and maintained by a team of experts that not only keep the servers running, but also keep the system up-to-date and secure. The datacenter is protected by keycard protocols, biometric scanning protocols and around-the-clock surveillance, and accessible only to personnel that have undergone a thorough background security check. 128-bit encryption is used to encrypt all communications from the mobile device to our servers.
Our system is designed for reliability and scale, with multiple web servers to handle the traffic. Multiple Uninterruptable Power Supplies (UPS) and backup generators ensure reliable power and multiple network providers provide reliable communications through fully redundant, enterprise-class routing equipment. For added protection, backups are taken on a regular basis.
Ongoing Membership. Your membership, which may start with a free trial, will continue month-to-month unless and until you cancel your membership or we terminate it. You must have Internet access and provide us with a current, valid, accepted method of payment (as such may be updated from time to time, “Payment Method”) to use the iManifold Cloud service. We will bill the monthly membership fee to your Payment Method. You must cancel your membership before it renews each month in order to avoid billing of the next month’s membership fees to your Payment Method.
Your iManifold Cloud membership may start with a free trial. The free trial period of your membership lasts for 30 days, or as otherwise specified during sign-up. Free trials may not be combined with any other offers. Free trials are for new and certain former members only. iManifold Cloud reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to determine your free trial eligibility.
We will begin billing your Payment Method for monthly membership fees at the end of the free trial period of your membership unless you cancel prior to the end of the free trial period. To view the specific details of your membership, including monthly membership price and end date of your free trial period, visit PayPal.
You will not receive a notice from us that your free trial period has ended or that the paying portion of your membership has begun. We will continue to bill your Payment Method on a monthly or yearly basis for your membership fee until you cancel.
